Ava and I had the honor of participating in Race for the Cure in Germantown, TN for the first time. We were there in honor of our aunt Bobbie who is a breast cancer survivor of 25 years and Courtney Hill (below) who has been battling cancer for 4.5 years. She's an incredibly amazing woman that I am blessed to know through Cornerstone Church.

Since it was Halloween and a little chilly outside, Ava wore her costume to the race.
She had lots of fun with the lovebug (Stella).
One of the neatest things about today was the houses along the walk/race were decorated for Race for the Cure, and homeowners were outside to cheer everyone on.
