Weigh-in Wednesday 4

No weight loss this week:(

I'm watching what I eat most of the time and getting in exercise every week when I can. We've had a hectic few weeks lately. I'm disappointed that this is so slow!

  1. Hello! My name is Heather and I love reading your blog. I just wanted to say I feel your pain. I am in the same boat as you in trying to lose some weight! It stinks, huh?? I just wanted to stop by and say hi and to say hang in there! It will happen....hopefully for us both! ha!

  2. Don't get discouraged! Slow weight loss is the best kind! I tried FOREVER to lose and started weight watchers a little over a year ago and have lost roughly 50 pounds! While it was slow, it has been worth it because it has stayed off and that was one of my hardest tasks with other diets! Look into weight watchers online. It's great for busy people and it WORKS! Good luck! :)
